Legislative Openness
Through its parliamentary strengthening and good governance programs, NDI has long supported the development of open, responsive legislative institutions. Increasingly, NDI’s work in this area recognizes the importance of collaboration with civil society and technological and institutional innovation to advance openness. Since 2013, NDI has served as co-chair of the Open Government Partnership's Legislative Openness Working Group along with the Congress of Chile.
