開放國會夥伴們：大家好。我是葛傳宇。
國際透明組織正在尋求國際咨詢會議（International Council)任命新的成員，在台灣55歲以下的具有清望的群體之中（由於是NGO，「現任」官員或政黨不推薦），請問您心目中有沒有理想的人選可以介紹一下，我來推薦給國際透明組織。
The Board is looking to appoint a further 5-10 members to the International Council in 2022, to further strengthen its diversity, skills and expertise, including as a source of independent members for the Board.

Following the successful call for nominations in 2021 – from which nine new members bringing fresh perspectives and expertise were appointed to the Council – we again invite you to nominate high quality candidates who can contribute to the Movement at an international level, especially if they are:

From the Asia-Pacific, Latin America & the Caribbean, MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa region or from an under-represented background
Female or gender diverse
Under 55
With experience in Global Leadership, Governance and/or Board experience outside of TI.
Please remember that the purpose of the Council is to involve distinguished individuals in the Movement, especially with international perspectives, who are not already engaged in our daily work (e.g. as TI-S or chapter staff including Executive Directors (EDs), Chapter Chairs, OCRs). We kindly ask you to remember this when considering nominations.

我是立法院秘書處研考科的文琪，
這邊有一件事情，需要請開放國會委員會（OP-MSF）成員幫忙！(已先知會過林昶佐委員@freddy)

由於開放國會行動方案之獨立報告機制（IRM），經開放政府夥伴關係聯盟（OGP）推薦由Nodar Kherkheulidze擔任研究員並提出執行規劃及期程（如附件1、2）。
依照Nodar規劃內容，需招募臺灣當地研究員，並由Nodar面試遴選。（資格條件，如附件3）

請MSF成員幫忙徵詢「符合資格且確定有意願」擔任當地研究員之人選，於7月6日（星期三）前提出名單，並將英文簡歷（包含現職、學經歷、聯絡方式等）寄到以下信箱（opmsftaskforce@gmail.com）。

由於時間很趕，還請大家多多幫忙了
